We're looking forward to welcoming a fantastic selection of independent businesses, artists, crafters and community traders to help make this year's event a great success.

Stall Prices

Our standard stalls start from £75, with larger pitches and premium trading locations available.

• Bronze Stall – From £100
• Silver Stall – From £200
• Gold Stall – From £300

Stall prices are dependent on the size of your pitch and the products you wish to sell.

Before You Book

• Stall spaces are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• We welcome non-food vendors only.
• Full trader information, event guidelines and set-up details will be sent once your booking has been confirmed.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse applications that are not suitable for the event.

⚠️ Important

Your stall is not confirmed until both payment and registration have been successfully completed and you have received a confirmation email from the organisers.

Completing a registration form without payment does not reserve a stall, and making payment without completing the registration form may delay your booking.

We recommend booking early, as vendor spaces are limited and expected to sell out.
