Ticket Purchases

All tickets purchased online through TicketDiva.co.uk are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if the event you purchased tickets for has been cancelled, moved, or rescheduled.

For any questions about individual events, please contact the relevant event promoter or vendor directly, as they are responsible for event-specific information and decisions.


Returns for Physical Items

If you purchase a physical item (e.g., merchandise), our 30-day return policy applies.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn / unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products (beauty, grooming, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the item under the conditions above. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, customers have a 14-day right to cancel, for any reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
